We ferment fresh rosemary and premium green teas with organic cane sugar triple fermented to perfection , each brew has its own story to tell, moving from one fermentation to another, from a yeast strain to a special health beneficial bacterias , each step is a journey by itself, elevating flavor and function without artificial nonsense.
